I’m Having Trouble Logging Into My Account

 

Follow these steps:

 

• Click Here

• Click Login (top right corner on desktop).

• Enter your email address associated with your SGO account.

• Click Forgot your Password.

• Click Request Reset Link. If you do not receive an email within 5-10 minutes check your SPAM or JUNK folders. If still no email, contact us at [email protected].

• When you receive the email from [email protected] to reset your password click the link the provided.

• When prompted enter your new password.

• After your new password has been verified login if you are not logged in automatically.
